If you're interested in being a Sponsor, a Vendor, or purchase an ad in our Convention Magazine, please make your selection to the right.  If you are interested in sponsoring, please email a high resolution version of your company's logo to [email protected] within 24 hours of completing the sponsorship form.  In order to meet printing deadlines, if you're placing an ad in the magazine, please submit artwork for your ad no later than January 9, 2026 to [email protected].  Please keep in mind that there are limited vendor tables, and we expect these to sell out fast.  Vendors and Sponsors will be given the opportunity to place something (marketing material, coupons, etc.) on tables or give to attendees.
