Important: Each entry to this contest is a donation to the Libertarian Party of Florida as governed by state and federal law. Individuals may contribute an aggregate $10,000 per year to state, district, and local political parties. Minors and foreign nationals may not contribute. Each contribution requires a name, address, specific occupation, and employer. All submissions become the property of the LPF and may be used by the LPF in perpetuity without remuneration to the submitter. Contributions or gifts to the LPF are not tax deductible. All suggestions will be reviewed by the LPF Convention Committee for appropriateness and may be removed for any reason. The committee will immediately remove a theme that consists of the name of a living person. No profanity will be accepted or it will be blurred out. If a suggestion is rejected by the committee, it will be removed from consideration. All donations to the theme contest are non-refundable.
