To be included in the program, please submit your sponsorship payment by Sunday night, April 9. Also please email all relevant information: logo, contact info, anything you want in the program ad/acknowledgment to [email protected] by that same time. At that point, the convention will be a week away and the hotel will have our meal counts, so we can no longer offer to include a meal for additional meal sponsors or a meal package for additional convention co-sponsors past that deadline.
